Salesman Mike was wonderful to work with and made purchasing my new vehicle a pleasant experience

I recently bought a new Equinox from Cory and had a great experience. While there were a few roadblocks during the process that were out of his control, he went above and beyond to make sure I still had a smooth, stress-free experience. Cory was professional, helpful by always keep me in the loop and responding to my questions. I'm thrilled with my new car and would highly recommend Cory to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Ken Kincinski has a great team of highly skilled and knowledgeable technicians and advisors. My vehicle was looked at quickly and fixed properly by friendly, helpful staff like Mike Tavernese and Colby Hellenberg. Russ Goodwin fixed the issue with the seat and advised us on how to best use the collision avoidance system to be sure my family stays safe. I wouldn't waist time going anywhere else. Terrific sales and service experience every time!

Check engine light fixed, oil changed

From the first moment I stepped into Reymore, I felt welcomed and valued. Everyone I meet was friendly and informative. Joel was incredible. He was available for all of my questions throughout the whole car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Reymore for your car buying experience.

Purchased a new truck - had an “Infotainment System” problem immediately. Returned it to the dealership within one half hour - unable to resolve by sales staff so I returned to the Service Dept the following morning.(May 16) Was provided a loaner vehicle and I was contacted on June 5th to pick up my truck. When I returned the loaner truck I discovered that the problem still wasn’t resolved (no volume) on a NEW vehicle. I was given a second loaner and I picked up my “hopefully repaired” “new” car yesterday. I am frustrated that I wasn’t provided an opportunity to purchase a different vehicle when it was discovered that there was a problem with the vehicle that the dealership acquired via trade with another dealership. I believe that the vehicle had a problem and it was passed along to me - it has taken the joy out of purchasing a new vehicle and I am concerned that the issues that have presented themselves may soon return. I wasn’t offered any form of compensation and have already made payments in a vehicle I didn’t have.

A recent widow I was unsure about bringing my truck into the dealership for a check engine light. Another concern was my severe respiratory allergies. I was pleasantly surprised, however. The receiving area and customer waiting room were very clean. The service person assured me they would cover my seat and steering wheel with plastic covers. Regarding the actual service to my vehicle - they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My only negative experience was how long it took - 2 1/2 hours. I only have the one vehicle. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and will bring my vehicle back for service in the future. thank you service department at Reymore Chevrolet !

My vehicle still is not fixed. I was told there is no repair for it. I left a message for the general manager to call me back on a Thursday he worked on Friday never called me and then took her two weeks vacation.

I like that there is no pressure to get further maintenance. As an example I was told I needed new tires by winter. I asked how much was quoted a price and I said i will get them later. No problems. I like that.

Brian Hickey was my salesperson and it was no BS just straight talk. Took care of any issues, did what they say they would do, and made a usually bothersome task of buying a vehicle quite easy.

On Thursday September 18, 2025 I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado in to have the brakes looked at. The rear brakes were bad enough that they needed to be replaced. I got a rental car and they changed them. I came back Friday the 19th after work and everything was done. Lisa Morgan and her crew are the best. Reymore Chevrolet is the best. Thank You . Dropped truck off for signal light not working properly, after making a right hand turn the left turn signal would come on. Received truck back with same issue, Work order ( 03692 ) states turn signals work as designed. Not sure why after finding nothing wrong with turn signal why this wouldnt warrant a call to customer to futher explain what the issue maybe. After spending two minutes online I found service bullitin # 24-na-176 dated August 2024 for turn signal over cancelling.

I requested service dept. to check for noise under rear end, they found the source and corrected it at no charge to me. The fact that they never over charge or fix a problem that doesn't exist and what service they do perform is done well is the reason I have been a customer of Reymore for over 30 years and hope many more. As usual Brian Hickey made the process of leasing a new vehicle painless. I was trading a vehicle in and we came to agreement on the price that was fair and reasonable. I was, and have always been treated with respect and never felt pressured.

Brought the vehicle in for what I thought was a simple transmission fluid change. Turned out to be a torque converter issue. Service manager Brian was excellent throughout the entire process. Would bring the vehicle back just because of his valued service.

Took all day to replace a fuel filter and perform transmission service.

Brought my vehicle in because it was not reading the remote fob and would not start. This was the second time for the same issue. First time service told me the batteries were good in both remotes. Second time told me both batteries were replaced with new ones and should be good. I was told there were no other problems. We'll see !

As always,I had a short stay while basic maintenance was being done.Did get signed up for recall for ground strap.

I mistakenly brought my vehicle in on the wrong day, but the team said if I could leave it with them, they might be able to sneak me in. Listened to my concern; used my input in fixing auto.

My truck started making a loud noise, lost heat and the check engine light came on. I called Reymore and they said they could look at it the next day. They figured out the problem and told me they needed to order parts. It was going to take a few days so they gave me a loaner truck until it was fixed. They are very nice and helpful. I always bring them My 2023 Colorado for general/ preventative maintenance and other issues when they occur.

Work was done when they said it would be done. It was done even sooner than expected.
