I'm very happy with your service canter

Very good staff

7:30 appointment first of the day and it took 1.5 hrs to change my oil. Pathetic.

As usual Brian Hickey made the process of leasing a new vehicle painless. I was trading a vehicle in and we came to agreement on the price that was fair and reasonable. I was, and have always been treated with respect and never felt pressured.

Brought the vehicle in for what I thought was a simple transmission fluid change. Turned out to be a torque converter issue. Service manager Brian was excellent throughout the entire process. Would bring the vehicle back just because of his valued service.

I mistakenly brought my vehicle in on the wrong day, but the team said if I could leave it with them, they might be able to sneak me in. I had a roofing nail in the back side of my tire that was causing a slow leak. Reymore Chevy was courteous and helpful in scheduling the repair so I can get this fixed

Awesome and Correct

Brought my vehicle in because it was not reading the remote fob and would not start. This was the second time for the same issue. First time service told me the batteries were good in both remotes. Second time told me both batteries were replaced with new ones and should be good. I was told there were no other problems. We'll see !

Every time I go to you guys, I have nothing but great outcome. You guys always take care of the vehicle. I never have no complaints so so far I’m very happy with you guys.

Took all day to replace a fuel filter and perform transmission service.

Got me right in for my oil change and they were very nice.

Knowledgeable staff that takes the time and puts in the effort to make you feel like your not just a number. They take the time to explain any question or concerns you may have.

Fixed my issues and lent me a loaner truck. Very good dealership.

They are very friendly clean on time and take their time to explain and answer any questions I always go to them for service on my vehicle

I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado in for an oil change. The service was great and fast. Lisa Morgan and her crew are the best. This is the fourth truck I have bought from Reymore Chevrolet and there are always helpful and the service is great. Thank You.

We drive 45 minutes and past multiple dealers to get to Reymore because it’s the only place to go for excellent customer service!

My truck started making a loud noise, lost heat and the check engine light came on. I called Reymore and they said they could look at it the next day. They figured out the problem and told me they needed to order parts. It was going to take a few days so they gave me a loaner truck until it was fixed. They are very nice and helpful. I always bring them My 2023 Colorado for general/ preventative maintenance and other issues when they occur.

Listened to my concern; used my input in fixing auto.

I love the Service Dept. They (esp. Mike) really are friendly and take great care of my Silverado. Thank you, Service Dept.

All planned work was done timely. Only issue is I was called an hour later telling me that I had a recall. So now I have to return for the recall that was missed.

was greeted with a smile and helped right away, explained everything to me, paper work was quick and then had coffee in waiting room, while enjoying that real pretty orange corvette in the lobby! In less than an hour, nice gentleman and Heather had me checked out; another great day at Reymores!!

I requested A lob & tire rotation ,I also have an open recall for a body ground strap, but they didn't have the strap in stock! Ron said that he would order two of them. I need a strap for my 2020 Silverado also!

I took my 2014 Corvette in for a NYS Inspection and oil change. Both things were done promptly and correctly. I don't trust my Corvette to just anyone, but as a sponsor of our local Syracuse Corvette Club, I know that their service personnel are knowledgeable. I know that I can trust Reymore's.

My truck has a oil leak and they don't know we're it is leaking! And got truck back from them and they never cleaned oil off Trany!! I'm thinking I may have to go to another dealership soon not very happy with them!!!

Front brake job and repair oil line. Service was able to advise extended warranty would cover oil line issue and both repairs were completed quickly in one day. Heather at payment desk also completed the &50 rebate application for me.
