They kept me updated on the vehicle. I wasn’t expecting it to be held overnight and wish I knew that before dropping it off. They did get it fixed first thing next morning and also got it covered by GM

I like that there is no pressure to get further maintenance. As an example I was told I needed new tires by winter. I asked how much was quoted a price and I said i will get them later. No problems. I like that.

Dropped truck off for signal light not working properly, after making a right hand turn the left turn signal would come on. Received truck back with same issue, Work order ( 03692 ) states turn signals work as designed. Not sure why after finding nothing wrong with turn signal why this wouldnt warrant a call to customer to futher explain what the issue maybe. After spending two minutes online I found service bullitin # 24-na-176 dated August 2024 for turn signal over cancelling.

I had a roofing nail in the back side of my tire that was causing a slow leak. Reymore Chevy was courteous and helpful in scheduling the repair so I can get this fixed

7:30 appointment first of the day and it took 1.5 hrs to change my oil. Pathetic.

As usual Brian Hickey made the process of leasing a new vehicle painless. I was trading a vehicle in and we came to agreement on the price that was fair and reasonable. I was, and have always been treated with respect and never felt pressured.

Brought my vehicle in because it was not reading the remote fob and would not start. This was the second time for the same issue. First time service told me the batteries were good in both remotes. Second time told me both batteries were replaced with new ones and should be good. I was told there were no other problems. We'll see !

Every time I go to you guys, I have nothing but great outcome. You guys always take care of the vehicle. I never have no complaints so so far I’m very happy with you guys.

While I was unable to get it fixed today. The part was ordered, and customer service was excellent.

Brought the vehicle in for what I thought was a simple transmission fluid change. Turned out to be a torque converter issue. Service manager Brian was excellent throughout the entire process. Would bring the vehicle back just because of his valued service.

Great experience purchasing the vehicle, have had some technology issues with things like pairing our phones to the truck.

I requested service dept. to check for noise under rear end, they found the source and corrected it at no charge to me. The fact that they never over charge or fix a problem that doesn't exist and what service they do perform is done well is the reason I have been a customer of Reymore for over 30 years and hope many more. On Thursday September 18, 2025 I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado in to have the brakes looked at. The rear brakes were bad enough that they needed to be replaced. My truck started making a loud noise, lost heat and the check engine light came on. I called Reymore and they said they could look at it the next day. They figured out the problem and told me they needed to order parts. It was going to take a few days so they gave me a loaner truck until it was fixed. They are very nice and helpful. I always bring them My 2023 Colorado for general/ preventative maintenance and other issues when they occur.

Great dealership. Been to others who don't really want to help the customer but want to make a big profit instead. Reymore does a great job making people feel relaxed. Good place.....

I requested A lob & tire rotation ,I also have an open recall for a body ground strap, but they didn't have the strap in stock! Ron said that he would order two of them. I need a strap for my 2020 Silverado also!

My truck has a oil leak and they don't know we're it is leaking! And got truck back from them and they never cleaned oil off Trany!! I'm thinking I may have to go to another dealership soon not very happy with them!!!

I took my 2014 Corvette in for a NYS Inspection and oil change. Both things were done promptly and correctly. I don't trust my Corvette to just anyone, but as a sponsor of our local Syracuse Corvette Club, I know that their service personnel are knowledgeable. I know that I can trust Reymore's.
