service was excellent

First off, if you make an appointment, it is expected that the vehicle be at the very least worked on the day of the appointment. My truck was not even brought into the shop till just about closing time so that was a day wasted. second, I gave detailed instructions the service advisor on a reoccurring issue with the truck to where when shutting the truck off, you have to turn the key back to accessories and then back off again to turn the blower motor to the heat/air off otherwise the battieres will go dead from the constant source of a blower motor being left on. My truck has been in your service department 3 separate times, all of which this issue was reported to the service department on all occasions. The past 2 times it has been in the service department they have let the batteries go dead, of which the first time the truck had to be jump started at pickup, this last time is when they stated that the batteries were both dead and had to be replaced. The batteries where just purchased in June of 2023 so this was pure negligence on the service departments part. I also called for a status on my truck a couple diffrent times and to my surprise was given information on a vehicle totally unrelated to my truck which caused undue stress thinking there was more wrong with my vehicle than I had known, so this leads me to believe that the service department is not operating appropriately and efficiently...while I understand that mistakes happen, this happened twice! Your service manager Ken Kasnciski could use some people skills on top of all the service advisors, people put their trust in you to fix their vehicles in a timely fashion and give accurate information. The pricing I was quoted, was not what the bill ended up being, while the end bill being cheaper was a relief the days prior to picking up my vehicle was filled with concern as to how I was going to afford this costs the service department kept coming up with different parts that needed to be replaced so it would be beneficial for the service department to give more accurate quotes to customers verses just throwing out random numbers. Overall my experience with this service department has always been awful and I will be taking my truck elsewhere for service.

was ok but charged me 21.00 for a 10.00 state inspection

Had my truck back there in October for parking brake service light on told guy brake was locking up they checked everything out and told me that everything was fine. They didn’t have a fix for a recall that didn’t know was out. Left their problem cap recurring took my truck there January 20 told me it would cost me $1700 and some odd cents for the parking brake to be fixed. I told them the last time it was there when all the stuff should’ve been covered that you could smell brakes burning, but because they only write half of what you tell them, they told me it’s gonna cost me 1700 and something dollars

It was nice to deal with a dealership that listed & didn’t keep you there all day. Corey was straight to the point. Thank you guys

The Absolute Worst Dealership Experience—Period. By far the most infuriating, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Everything seemed fine, until I walked out to my truck. The moment I opened the door, it was obvious the tech who did my oil change had zero respect for customers’ property. I’m meticulous about my vehicle, and I keep towels down as floor mats. This guy? Kicked them aside like trash, tracked his dirty boots all over my door jamb, and smeared his greasy elbow across my armrest. I went straight back in and showed the service advisor, who agreed it was completely unacceptable and even took a picture. At least someone there had a shred of common sense. But it gets worse. Ten minutes later, I got home, stepped out of my truck, and immediately saw a fresh 3-4’ scratch on the bed. Furious, I called the dealership and got the service manager on the line. I sent him photos, and he promised to call me the next day. That turned into me chasing him down with multiple texts before he finally responded - just to say he didn’t think his tech caused the damage. I assured him it happened at their shop. I even checked my cameras before I left for the dealership, my truck was pristine. His response? Their dealership cameras are “poor quality,” so they “can’t check” to see what happened. How convenient. They are doing everything they can to dodge responsibility for the damage they caused. This isn’t over. This will be litigated.

Brian was great to work with and was able to work with me on getting great deal on my new Trail Boss.

We dealt with three people at the dealership, Penny, Charlie and the gentleman that explained the technology, unfortunately I did not get his name. All three were professional, competent and extremely helpful. I have been looking for a car for months, Chevy, Toyota and Honda at different dealerships. Excellent! I needed a loaner due to my schedule this day and Mike Tavernese brought me out to the rental, showed me how to operate the vehicle (It was my first time in a full EV) and he broomed off the snow that was covering the vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always excellent service.

The Problem was never solved, the issue came back the next day and I was charged a lot for it. The warranty and what they say is covered and not covered varies based on who you talk to. I brought my vehicle in before for the same issues and they still can’t figure it out. Apparently my coverage ended before I even bought my vehicle?? PLUS one of the staff came flying out around a corner swearing at another staff right in front of my child. Not impressed at all. I wouldn’t have bought a vehicle from them if I knew we were going to experience the issues we have with it and the dealership.

My vehicle was looked at quickly and fixed properly by friendly, helpful staff like Mike Tavernese and Colby Hellenberg. Russ Goodwin fixed the issue with the seat and advised us on how to best use the collision avoidance system to be sure my family stays safe. I wouldn't waist time going anywhere else. Terrific sales and service experience every time!

From the first moment I stepped into Reymore, I felt welcomed and valued. Everyone I meet was friendly and informative. Joel was incredible. He was available for all of my questions throughout the whole car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Reymore for your car buying experience.

Purchased a new truck - had an “Infotainment System” problem immediately. Returned it to the dealership within one half hour - unable to resolve by sales staff so I returned to the Service Dept the following morning.(May 16) Was provided a loaner vehicle and I was contacted on June 5th to pick up my truck. When I returned the loaner truck I discovered that the problem still wasn’t resolved (no volume) on a NEW vehicle. I was given a second loaner and I picked up my “hopefully repaired” “new” car yesterday. I am frustrated that I wasn’t provided an opportunity to purchase a different vehicle when it was discovered that there was a problem with the vehicle that the dealership acquired via trade with another dealership. I believe that the vehicle had a problem and it was passed along to me - it has taken the joy out of purchasing a new vehicle and I am concerned that the issues that have presented themselves may soon return. I wasn’t offered any form of compensation and have already made payments in a vehicle I didn’t have.

Great dealership and service department

A recent widow I was unsure about bringing my truck into the dealership for a check engine light. Another concern was my severe respiratory allergies. I was pleasantly surprised, however. The receiving area and customer waiting room were very clean. The service person assured me they would cover my seat and steering wheel with plastic covers. Regarding the actual service to my vehicle - they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My only negative experience was how long it took - 2 1/2 hours. I only have the one vehicle. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and will bring my vehicle back for service in the future. thank you service department at Reymore Chevrolet !

On Thursday September 18, 2025 I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado in to have the brakes looked at. The rear brakes were bad enough that they needed to be replaced. I got a rental car and they changed them. I came back Friday the 19th after work and everything was done. Lisa Morgan and her crew are the best. Reymore Chevrolet is the best. Thank You . Dropped truck off for signal light not working properly, after making a right hand turn the left turn signal would come on. Received truck back with same issue, Work order ( 03692 ) states turn signals work as designed. Not sure why after finding nothing wrong with turn signal why this wouldnt warrant a call to customer to futher explain what the issue maybe. After spending two minutes online I found service bullitin # 24-na-176 dated August 2024 for turn signal over cancelling.

Would have given a higher rating but Chris the sales manager needs to take some customer relations courses.

7:30 appointment first of the day and it took 1.5 hrs to change my oil. Pathetic.

Brought my vehicle in because it was not reading the remote fob and would not start. This was the second time for the same issue. First time service told me the batteries were good in both remotes. Second time told me both batteries were replaced with new ones and should be good. I was told there were no other problems. We'll see !

Every time I go to you guys, I have nothing but great outcome. You guys always take care of the vehicle. I never have no complaints so so far I’m very happy with you guys.
